Child Discounts are Applied for 1 Child in Addition to Two Adults. Child Discounts are Not Applied on our Day Trips. Children Aged 0-6 Years May Not Be Given a Bed during Their Hotel Stay. There is No Charge for Children Aged 00-1.99 on Bus Tours. If a Seat Is Requested on the Bus For Children, the Price For Children Aged 02-06 Is Applied. It is Mandatory for Every Person Over the Age of 2 to Take a Seat on the Bus.
Our Guide May Make Changes to the Course of the Program, Provided that the Program is Fully Implemented. As a Result of the Fact that Our Guests Do not Comply with the Hours Given by Our Guide During the Tour, Our Agency is Not Responsible for the Places that Cannot be Visited Even Though They are Written in the Tour Program. Our Tours are a Whole with Hotel, Bus, Plane Tour Program and Guidance Services that Cannot be Considered Separately. Extra Rounds Move Depending on the Number of People. If an Extra Round Does Not Take Place, the Guest Does Not Have the Right to Compensation. In This Case, Prokopi Tours Tour Has No Responsibility. Extra Tour Prices May Vary. In This Case, the Date on Which the Tour Departs is Taken into Account, Not the Date on Which the Guest Purchased the Tour. In Case of Cancellation of the Tour, Prokopi Tours Is Obliged to Notify the Cancellation of the Tour in Person. Since There is a Legal Process, There is No Right to Compensation.
Be Sure to Take Your Belongings With You Completely When Leaving the Vehicles and Hotels We Use During the Trip, Prokopi Tours Tour is Not Responsible for Your Lost Belongings.
Our Guests Who have Registered for the Tour Have the Right to Cancel For Free Up to 30 Days. If There are Less Than 30 Days Left on the Tour Date, 30% Deduction is Applied, If There are 20 Days or Less, 100% Deduction is Applied. The Participant Has to Submit the Report (Signed by the Chief Physician) Received from Public Hospitals in Turkey, which is Submitted Together with the Cancellation Request.

Compulsory Travel Insurance; Insurance Coverage Details Made Free of Charge by Our Agency to All Our Guests; Covers the Bankruptcy of the Agency or the Inability to Provide Package Tour Services for Any Reason. It is Not health insurance, It does not Cover Treatment Costs. (Private Health Insurance is a Special Expense Belonging to the Guest)
